Kingcrete Builders is a medium sized Construction Company having varied experience in all major fields of civil engineering and associated electrical works. The Company was established in 1976, with a team of skilled engineers whose experience reflects the capability and potential of the organization. This company has the distinction of successfully completing over 100 projects to the entire satisfaction of the clients.

Kingcrete is well experienced in planning and construction of housing colonies, hangers, highrise buildings, roads, bridges, jetties, marine works, pipeline works, and squash court complexes. It also has a work force to execute fine details of intricate interior designs. Its experience in mobilising, deploying, and executing contracts in difficult areas is not shared by many. It is the only company in the country that has experience in rehabilitation of bridges. By virtue of having an in-house design cell, Kingcrete also has the experience and capability of delivering projects on a turnkey basis.

It successfully executed important projects on the Baluchistan coast at ORMARA, where potable water, communications, and roads did not exist,  and all labour had to be transported in from other parts of the country. By virtue of out-standing performance and the quality of work produced in far-flung area, the company was selected as advisor and local associate of an International Company, which executed a multi million dollar Harbour Project at ORMARA.

In the years of its inception the Company was entrusted with the job of rehabilitating and renovating interiors of 3 five star hotels, which required exceptional attention to detail to achieve internationally acceptable finishes. The commendations received by the company for executing these contracts were instrumental in launching the company on its successful course.

Because of its good name and credibility, the company has had the privilege of executing a number of important and challenging projects for the Pakistan Armed Forces, who are among its major clients.

Our project management experience and success, especially in meeting difficult schedules of work and quality standards, earned a reputation that kept the company profitable even during long periods of slump in the construction industry.

Managing Director of the company since inception. During the last 29 years, managed all the major projects of the company. The projects included housing schemes, high-rise residential building, apartments, aircraft pens/parabolic structures, underground structures, schools, hospitals, factories, bridges, runways, water supply works, sewerage treatment plants, jetties, pre-stressed/pre-fab structures, sports facilities, harbour works and rehabilitation of five star hotels. This experience is preceded by a 10 year service in the Corps of Army Engineers which involved a varied exposure to administrative and technical management at various levels.

Joined the company in 1988, after having served for 23 years in Army Corps of Electrical and Mechanical Engineers. In view of his background and technical skills he has set up mechanical wing of the company which is responsible for the purchase, maintenance and operation of the heavy equipment like Batching Plants, Transit Mixers, Cranes, Concrete Pumps, Launching equipment, Piling equipment, Transport and Generators etc. He has been successfully associated with all major projects of the company since he joined in 1988.

Saeed Akhtar Malik

Mr. Saeed Akhtar Malik has been working as a business advisor in the company since the last ten years. His knowledge of the local market conditions and exhaustive experience in dealing with international companies is an asset to our organisation. He is an advisor to the company at macro level and involved in all major business negotiations. In view of his acumen in problem resolution he fulfills the important functions of trouble shooting for the organisation.

Maj (Retd) Javaid Ahmed Minhas

Javaid .A. Minhas is the General Manager of the company. He has been successfully looking after the accounts, taxation, marketing and the administration of the company. Having dealt with numerous contracts and audit matters, his knowledge and interpretation of contracts has acquired recognition even with the clients. His experience in handling the administrative and technical aspects of the business has given him a leading role in the company.
